TRACK & FIELD REGISTRATION FORM Spring Registration Fee: $199: After the deadline date, $50 will be added to tuition, and a Dreadhead Track Shirt will not be available. *PLEASE NOTE: Registering more than two children? DISCLAIMER By registering your child for Dreadhead Track & Field, you acknowledge and consent to Dreadhead Company’s use of your child’s image in photographs or videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website and official social media platforms. To maintain a positive space for all, we ask for respectful behavior during sessions. If a child or parent chooses to misbehave and follow directions, the following steps will be followed: Lil' Runner 1st • Quick chat 2nd • Brief time-out 3rd • Sit out from a drill or activity Finally, if needed, we may ask you to take your child home. Adult You will be asked to leave
