Information:
Dreadhead’s Track & Field program is centered
on providing friendly competition to elementary schools
in the Central Florida area. We will provide a fun &
friendly atmosphere where your child will be motivated
to run and compete week after week. Dreadhead Sports
will provide scheduled meets where your child will
compete in various events, a track uniform with in your
school colors and mascot name, 5 ribbons every meet
and a parent/coach volunteer from your school. The ultimate
goal is to create a love of running among our youth.
It is within this newfound love that we hope to develop
positive habits that will carry forward into our children’s
adolescent and adult lives to build a stronger and more
fit community.

Times: All grades will start at the time indicated above.
Registration Fee: $125 before deadline date - Includes:
uniform, additional insurance, ribbons,
practice with your school’s parent/coach. All
registrations after the deadline date will include a
$25 late fee (NO EXCEPTIONS). There is no guarantee your uniform
will arrive by the 1st track meet when you sign up late.
OUR POLICY IS NO REFUNDS AFTER DEADLINE DATE. No reschedule dates
or times due to bad weather or acts of God. Should Dreadhead
Sports determine a player not be able to participate
due to lack of a coach, a full refund
will be sent before first meet.
Practice: Once a week practices will
be held after school, if determined you have enough athletes, starting the week before your 1st
track meet. Schools without facilities may practice
on fields near school. Your coach, not Dreadhead Sports,
will have all practice information and will decide on
practice days and location. Parents call or email us
if you haven't heard from a coach by April 9th.
Coaches: Our coaches are great parents
who volunteer to help your children get to the next
level. We provide coaches with equipment and training
at our coaches clinic which is held at Trinity Prep
10am on April 7.
We will provide each coach with drills, equipment, handbook,
coaches shirt and motivation to get your children running.
To be a coach only requires one hour per week and time
on the weekend during the events. What a great way to
bond with your own child.
What to Bring: Your child must wear
their uniform to each meet. Don't forget appropriate
sneakers and water bottle.
Communication: You will periodically
receive emails from sports@dreadhead.com; make sure
