Our Personal Training Academy is prepared to offer
outstanding instruction for players of all ages and
skill level, looking to get to the next level. Our Programs
are geared towards training for a specific sports, in
a one-on-one, small group or team setting. We will increase
your strength, speed and conditioning. We will help
improve your footwork, cardio and jumping ability while
also devoting time to give homework to practice.
We intend to be professional, organized and enthusiastic
at each session, while emphasizing on building fundamental,
technical and tactical skills. Our purpose is to develop
good habits by giving players the confidence, willingness
and ability to take on opponents. Most importantly we
strive to teach in an encouraging environment, with
responsible coaches who are background checked and understand
that getting to the next level and having fun is important.
