GENERAL DESCRIPTION:  Dreadhead Sports Clubs is seeking experienced professionals committed to coordinating various sports events during the school year, on Saturday, 8am-3:00pm (time various).  The successful candidate will be an energetic team player with experience in program development, demonstrated leadership, commitment to youth and a passion to provide fun, healthy, character-building programs that impact the lives of youth and families in our community.  Under general direction of the owner, the Sports Club Coordinator is responsible for the administration, set up, direction and supervision of the events coordinator, parents and athletes. Work duties frequently require close coordination with owner and coaches before or after the events.  The Sports Clubs Coordinator position consists of several major functional areas:  set up (receiving roster, pumping up balls, setting up field, breaking down fields, greet parents & athletes, start and end games, communication of rules with expectations to athletes and parents, sales person (sell Dreadhead apparel & products and pass out flyers), coaching (monitoring all coaching activities and help coaches when needed).  Although each of these functional areas has different primary responsibilities, they frequently can and must be delegated to events coordinator.

YOU MUST POSSES THE FOLLOWING QUAILITES: Reliable, good organization skills, trustworthy, high energy and upbeat, good communication skills and clear background check and have experience with working with children

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: The requirements include: currently in college, graduated from college, high school varsity or jv coach, holding any Coaching Diploma.  You will be background check before being hired. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:  Dreadhead Sports Clubs is seeking events coordinators to overseeing actives in track, soccer, basketball and cheerleading on Saturdays during the calendar school year, 8am-3:00pm (times varies).  The successful candidate will be an energetic team player with experience in working with children, demonstrated leadership, commitment to youth and a passion to provide fun, healthy, character-building programs that impact the lives of youth and families in our community.  Under general direction of the owner and sports club coordinator the events coordinator is responsible for direction and supervision of athletes from pre- thru 5th grade.  This function involves responsibility for the set up of the fields & events, distribution of paperwork to parents and instructions for specific events.  Work duties frequently require close coordination with owner and sports club coordinator.  This position may also consist of other functions as: a sales person selling concessions and Dreadhead apparel and products.
