GENERAL DESCRIPTION:  Dreadhead Soccer is seeking experienced professionals committed to soccer camps during the summer time (June-July), on a weekly basis, 8am-4:30pm.  Under general direction of the owner, the Director of Camps is responsible for the administration, set up, direction and supervision of the coaches and campers.  This function involves responsibility for the set up of the fields, distribution of paperwork to parents/campers and beginning and ending each day with a speech to the campers.  Work duties frequently require close coordination with owner and coaches before or after camp and maybe on Sundays.  The Director position consists of several major functional areas:  camp set up (receiving roster, pumping up balls, setting up field, breaking down fields, setting up registration, registration, greet parents &campers daily, set up indoor, videos and speed training, washing bibs), leader (start camp, end camp, communication of rules with expectations), sales person (sell Dreadhead apparel & products and pass out flyers) coaching (coach if needed and helping coaches when needed).  Although each of these functional areas has different primary responsibilities, they frequently can and must be delegated to coaches.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:  Dreadhead Soccer is seeking coaches committed to soccer camps during the summer time (June-July), on a weekly basis, 8am-4:30pm.  Under general direction of the camp director, each coach is responsible their group of campers, ages 8-16 (boys & girls).  Work duties frequently require close coordination with Camp director before or after camp and maybe on Sundays.  The coaches position consists of several major functional areas:  camp set up (pumping up balls, setting up field, breaking down fields, registration, greet parents & campers daily, set up indoor, videos and speed training, washing bibs), leader (motivate, discipline and teach campers) sales person (promote Dreadhead apparel & products and pass out flyers) coaching (must watch Dreadhead training videos which will demonstrate various drills, games and how to coach specific age groups).
