Information:
Dreadhead’s Basketball Program is focused on providing beginner and intermediate basketball instruction for elementary age children. We provide professional basketball instructors who have extensive experience in: playing, tournaments, coaching and working with young children. We will provide a fun & friendly atmosphere where your child will be motivated to learn week after week. Dreadhead Sports will provide scheduled instructional teaching, a t-shirt and a participation trophy.
We will teach in a format to help your child learn the game of basketball. Now any child four years old and up can start playing basketball almost immediately-even if he or she has never picked up a ball before. Our basketball instructors emphasize sound fundamentals, from proper footwork, agility training and movement. Being part of our basketball program is an exciting experience which your child will not forget.

Instructor: Tony Medina is the athletic director and head boys basketball coach at Faith Christian Academy. Tony will emphasizes sound fundamentals, from proper footwork, agility training and movement.
Tony's philosophies are: "I have two major philosophies when I teach. #1 - if your child is not sweating and breathing hard by the time their hour is finished, I have not done my job properly. #2 - I want them to learn about basketball and to become better players without knowing that they are learning. I mix in games and fun activities with the drills to keep them interested and enjoying what I'm teaching."
